Chi Kung

Chi Kung, also known as Qigong, is an ancient Chinese practice that involves exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, aiming to improve and maintain health and well-being. It's a form of movement and meditation, with slow, gentle movements and deep breathing.
